Guiding Ambitious Leaders to Their Next Level
Our Story and Commitment
Elevate with Amber is for people who know they’re capable of more and want clarity, confidence, and direction to step into it.
I believe leadership isn’t something you arrive at someday. It’s something you practice, refine, and grow into—often in the middle of real life, real challenges, and real transitions.
My path to coaching wasn’t linear. It was shaped by seasons of responsibility, resilience, and reinvention—balancing leadership, family, education, and personal growth all at once. Along the way, I learned that growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you have the right support, the right questions, and the courage to move forward anyway.
Professionally, I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership across both nonprofit and entrepreneurial spaces, serving in multiple executive-level roles and building teams, programs, and strategies that create real impact. I’ve led in environments where leadership came with formal authority—and I’ve also led in spaces where people chose to follow, grow, and build alongside me.
That distinction matters.
Because the kind of leadership that lasts isn’t built on titles alone—it’s built on trust, clarity, and the ability to bring people with you.
I coach emerging leaders, nonprofit professionals, and purpose-driven individuals who are navigating transitions—whether that’s stepping into leadership for the first time, redefining their career path, or building something of their own. My clients are thoughtful, capable, and ready—but they’re often carrying the weight of uncertainty, overthinking, or the pressure to “get it right.”
Through coaching, we create space to slow down, get clear, and move forward with intention.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s about building the mindset, habits, and self-trust that allow you to lead with confidence—whether that’s in a boardroom, a business, or your everyday life.
At Elevate with Amber, we focus on:
- Clarity in your direction and decisions
- Confidence in your voice and leadership
- Alignment between your values and your actions
- Sustainable growth that honors your full life—not just your career
Because elevation isn’t just about achieving more—it’s about becoming more of who you’re meant to be.
And you don’t have to figure that out alone.
